Friday, April 3rd at 10 AM- Pollinator Gardening Class with

Becky Griffin, UGA

Becky is the community and school garden coordinator at UGA, working out of the Blairsville Research Center facility where she works with UGA Extension agents across the state. A Georgia native, Becky has a passion for pollinator friendly gardens and is a Georgia certified beekeeper. Becky is the mastermind behind the Great Southeast Pollinator Census.

Friday, April 10th at 10 AM- Vegetable Gardening with ​

Garrett Hibbs, our Hall County Extension Agent with a master's degree in plant pathology. Garrett loves to teach and you will learn a lot about growing your own food whether you're a beginner or 

a seasoned pro.

Puppy Policy

 

We love dogs but ask that you please don't bring yours, with the exception of certified service dogs with medical card. The ADA does not consider emotional support animals as service animals.  Unfortunately, we've had too many instances where our customers have stepped in the "presents" the visiting dogs have left behind that their owner didn't bother to pick up. Then there was the time that someone's German Shepard attacked our sweet Golden Retriever Honeybee and had her by the throat. We used to allow dogs but a few inconsiderate folks have forced us to adopt this policy.  We appreciate your understating and wish we didn't have to enforce this policy. NO exceptions, please!
